Veigar Rework on PBE 2015 Q is a Skill Shot

i think its fair that its easier now to get stacks and farm with Q. and the there is a delay on Veigars stun. before if you don't got a lot of stacks early game then you would loose. If you got many stacks then you could stun any on the other team and kill them before the stun was over.



So i think this a good update for Veigar and i hope it reach the normal server :)
